She is a certified Life Coach and helps individuals explore the blocks and limiting beliefs that are holding them back, with the opportunity to remove them forever and consequently unlock their own potentials, find their own solutions and make positive changes to their lives. 
With the awareness that everything is made up of energy she also channels Reiki and the Light of Pleiades to balance the Chakras (our body energy centres) and the organs damaged by heavy emotions, past traumas and ancestral patterns.
Expert in Transactional Analysis, a system of psychology founded by Dr. Eric Berne, she uses its principles to help clients recognise, analyse and change models of interaction that interfere with achieving life aspirations. 
With an extensive knowledge of Bach Flowers, she adds them, when necessary, to the Healing Therapy. These remedies are extracts from flowers which have a positive effect on emotional imbalances and mood swings such as fear, guilt, sadness, rejection, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, stress and worrying. 
After regularly attending Shamanic Moon Circles run by Holistic Practitioner Maria Maya Fotiou and training with three international healers, Sergio Magana, who introduced to the Toltec and Mexhica tradition, Elizabeth Jenkins, who initiated to the INKA Path, and Don Mariano Quispe Flores, a Peruvian Master Shaman, Maria has successfully started using the techniques learned in retreats and workshops to boost her treatments.
Maria's background in the social sector as a Social Health Operator and her experience with elderly people has provided her with a deep understanding of the mind and the different types of mental illnesses. Specialist in eating disorders.
