Before planning your tour Itinerary, it's always better to discuss important points about your holidays and destinations. It is a great opportunity for us to help you planning your perfect holidays, to know your expectations, wishes from the tour and explore the ways we might be able to assist you. 

We use Skype video conferencing as a communication platform which uses end-to-end encryption.  

The duration of the initial Skype call - 20 min. 

The consultation is free-of-charge.

If you are happy to proceed, we discuss the further arrangements. 

However, the number of sessions required will vary according to the complexity, needs, personal arrangements and your particular travel requirements.

The duration of the Skype call - 60 min.

Fee for the session: £50/ €55.

Fee for an additional session: £25  /€30.

The duration of the additional Skype call - 50 min.

During the session/s we can modify, change and make your holidays more perfect and suitable for your needs.

Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice is required to inform about a cancelled or missed Skype call or the client pays as per usual.
